The 2008 5th Annual Run & Shoot Fall
Basketball League runs for 8 weeks, Sept 6,
thru Oct 25. The league has become jam-
packed with teams from Charlotte & the
surrounding area that are looking to develop
their players & improve their team.
The quiet period for competitive teams in North
Carolina begins November 1st.
The Run & Shoot gives coaches and players an
opportunity to stay together in the off-season
before the quiet period begins.

The 2008 2nd Annual Run & Shoot Winter
Basketball League runs for 8 weeks, Nov 15
thru Jan 31. In just its first season during 2007,
the Winter League was sold out and turned out
to be a smash hit among coaches that wanted to
get a jump on the AAU season.
The Winter League gives your team a
competitive alternative to Rec Ball. It allows you
the opportunity to play against the best
competition before you begin traveling to
tournaments.
